I don't use Notion for note-taking because for me it feels to slow for thinking. I use it for databases and organization. For note-taking I use Obsidian, I heard Roam is also amazing but for now I can't pay the feel Obsidian runs on the desktop super fast so for now it's my main note-taking app.
